Summary of Professional Experience:
Cortney recently joined the Academic and Student Affairs team at ASU to focus on engaging with the Engineering Student Organizations and coordinate the Fulton Undergraduate Research Initiative (FURI). She most recently was a Learning Facilitator at Oklahoma State University, where she worked with student-athletes on their skills in time management, studying, and goal-setting. During her MS in Educational Leadership-College Student Development, she worked as a grad assistant in the Service Learning Volunteer Center on volunteer recruitment, advisement and student recognition.

Wellness Related Experience & Interests:
Wellness matters in every aspect of our lives, & is something that Cortney often struggles with. To combat the laziness (in some areas of wellness), she became a certified fitness instructor with an emphasis in Yoga and Pilates, trained for a marathon, coordinated the YMCA Operation Weight Loss program in Stillwater, Oklahoma, is coordinating the ACPA Wellness Challenge, and joined the directorate for the Commission for Spirituality, Faith, Religion & Meaning.
