PROGRAM STATEMENT

Our mission is to prepare graduate students for administrative and leadership positions in all types of postsecondary educational institutions. We have three tracks at the master's level: student affairs leadership, higher education administration and leadership, and medical education administration and leadership. The goals for students who complete the program include:
The program is taught by 5 full time faculty, 3 of whom worked as student affairs educators, who are actively engaged in research about higher education and student affairs. In addition, we work closely with student life to provide adjunct instruction, internship, and assistantship experiences for students .
