PROGRAM STATEMENT

We invite you to join us in Taylor University's Master of Arts in Higher Education & Student Development program! As you work closely with faculty and other students, you will connect with current research, be challenged to think critically, and form a personal philosophy of higher education that will guide and inspire your work with college students. This degree is foundational to service in virtually any area of leadership within a college or university. The program is designed to produce leaders, promote whole person education, and cultivate change agents who will provide exemplary higher educational service and leadership from a Christian perspective.
