PROGRAM STATEMENT

Because our program is rooted in counseling, we stress intentional practice based firmly in theory and cultural advocacy through three required internships. Students develop the knowledge and skills necessary to for a strong professional identity.

Thesis: Optional
Comprehensive exam: Not an option

Total number of faculty: 9 full time faculty and 3 adjuncts

 Additional Clarification: No GRE or MAP is required if the undergraduate GPA is 2.75 or able.  
A completed research project is required for graduation though a thesis is optional.
