Tom is new to higher education. He spent 12 years as a U.S. Navy Officer before establishing roots in the D.C. metropolitan area in 1993. Tom has held administrative and financial management positions with several non-profit associations before joining ACPA in 2008.
He received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Tennessee and M.S. in Financial Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
