Michael joined the International Office in August, 2005 as the Director of Web Development and Technical Services. His responsibilities include management of ACPA's Web and information technology services.
With over ten years of experience in information technology, his areas of specialty are network and system administration, programming, and Web development and administration.
Prior to his continual education at Northern Virginia Community College, Michael attended the University of Maryland, College Park and University of Maryland, University College.
