With 15 years’ experience in association management, education and training, and organizational development, Eleanor’s expertise spans both the public and private sectors. She has overall responsibility for the International Office operations and serves as the senior staff member in charge, in the absence of the Executive Director.
Eleanor’s academic achievements include a doctorate in business administration from the University of Sarasota (Florida), a M.Ed. in educational administration, and a B.S. in English from the Virginia Commonwealth University. She also holds professional certifications from American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in Administration and Finance, from Association of Training and Development (ASTD) in E-Learning Design, and from American Society of Quality (ASQ), provisional qualifications as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000.
